Your first session is a chance to talk about your concerns, background and goals. Your therapist will ask about what brings you here and what you hope to work toward. You can ask questions about the process, too.
The length of therapy varies with your needs and goals. Some people seek support for a specific concern; others benefit from longer-term work. You and your therapist can discuss the pace and review your progress together.
Therapy is confidential, with exceptions such as risk of harm or situations where disclosure is required by law. Your therapist can explain these limits and answer privacy questions before you begin. Read our privacy policy
Our coaches support career direction, relationships, confidence, personal growth, goals and work-life balance. Jared also offers coaching around addiction recovery and relapse prevention. Explore each provider’s background to find a starting point that fits. Meet our coaches
